Faith & Fellowship
Life in Christ Assembly of God began as a simple Bible study in the home of Bro. Bayani and Sis. Lita Abendan. Through God's grace, it grew into a recognized local church under the Philippine General Council of the Assemblies of God (PGCAG) and the Southern Tagalog District Council (STDC) in 1984.
From a house church to a full congregation with its own sanctuary on F. San Diego Street, Veinte Reales, Valenzuela City — our journey is a living testimony of God's grace across generations.
Today, under the shepherd leadership of Pastor Alex Ong, we remain passionately dedicated to fulfilling the Great Commission: making disciples, equipping believers, and reaching the lost with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

A History of God's Faithfulness
Foundation & Official Recognition
The ministry began as a home Bible study under Bro. Bayani and Sis. Lita Abendan. In August 1984, the Philippine General Council of the Assemblies of God (PGCAG) officially recognized LCAG under Pastor Greg Lazaro.
Sanctuary at Interior T. Santiago
Through the unity of pioneers, a church building was established at the Abendan Compound along Interior T. Santiago Street, serving as the center of worship.
First Daughter Church — Arkong Bato
A house Bible study in Arkong Bato gave birth to Jesus the Living Lord Church, LCAG's first daughter church, led by Pastor Ave Fortes.
Second Daughter Church — Novaliches
A 1995 Bible study in Sta. Lucia, Novaliches grew into God Sanctuary Assembly of God under Pastor Ric Rafer.
The Move to F. San Diego Street
A new lot was acquired at F. San Diego Street. By August 2002, the congregation celebrated its 18th anniversary in the new sanctuary.
Pastora Neth Rafer Takes the Helm
Leadership was entrusted to Pastora Neth Rafer, who faithfully pastored the flock and strengthened the leadership core.
Third Daughter Church — Bignay
A Bible study at the Padayao residence grew into Life Community Church in Bignay, Valenzuela City.
Shaping the Future — Pastor Alex Ong
Pastora Neth passed the mantle to Pastor Alex Ong, who continues to lead LCAG with a passion for discipleship and next-generation leaders.

Arkong Bato, Valenzuela City
Born from a house church ministry in Arkong Bato, thriving for over 30 years as the first fruit of LCAG's church-planting vision.
God Sanctuary Assembly of God
Sta. Lucia, Novaliches, QC
What started as an outreach in Novaliches grew into a full Assembly of God congregation carrying the Gospel into Quezon City.
Life Community Church
Bignay, Valenzuela City
A growing work in northern Valenzuela that began at the Padayao residence, standing as a testament to God's expanding kingdom.
